Spun silk fabrics are environmentally friendly and have a soft and comfortable texture, highly absorbent, with the ability to retain their shape after washing and, generally resistant to bacteria. As such, they are commonly used for the manufacture of high-end casual wear.
This fabric is made from silk-tencel yarn, which is spun from silk and tencel fibres. Tencel fibres are derived from plants and are environmentally friendly. Tencel is soft to touch, and economical in use. Our Directors believe that tencel will become a leading fibre in the market in future. Hence, spinning tencel and silk together can help reduce production costs while maintaining the same quality as spun silk.
The silk fibres are twisted together so that it creates fabrics that are cooling. Such fabric is suitable for the manufacture of high-end garments.
This fabric is made from different coloured yarns, creating a variety of coloured patterns. This is one of our most saleable silk-based products.
This fabric is an improvement of our earlier award-winning product, the 1202-7 model of silk-linen. This new improved version has a high thread count and is very dense. As silk and linen are natural fibres, they have unique characteristics which cannot be replicated in synthetic fibres and fabrics. Hence, combining these two fibres together creates a fabric that is very soft, comfortable, highly absorbent and drapes well when worn. Through our use of a special dyeing and softening after-treatment process, it can be used to make high-end casual wear. A major advantage of this fabric is that it is machine-washable.
This is a thick fabric which is good for outer wear for keeping warm. This fabric is highly durable. It is mainly used to make men and women’s casual outer wear as well as interior decoration fabrics. Our corduroy is catered to the high-end market.
