On 19 October 2005, the Company established a 90%-owned subsidiary, Suqian Xinqingqiu Silk Co., Ltd. ("Suqian Xindingqiu"). Its principal activities are manufacturing, trading and acting as agents and representatives for spun silk yarns, spun silk fabric, silk embroidery products, garment materials of all kinds. No operation was commenced during the current financial year. |
